1.1 Full Commission:
Full commission is payable only if the Referred Client signs up for a full package at the regular price as applicable at the time of their sign-up. Any promotional or discounted offers do not qualify for full commission unless otherwise specified in writing.
1.2 Commission Structure:
Commission will be paid in two instalments:

• £2,500 after the Referred Client’s first payment.
• £2,500 after the second payment is received from the Referred Client.

1.3 Payment Terms:
Commission payments will be made within [30 days] of the relevant payment milestones, provided all other conditions of this Initiative are met.

2.1 New Referrals Only:
The introduction will be considered valid only if the Referred Client has not already been in contact with Goldman Professionals prior to the referral. If the Referred Client has already been known to us or has previously expressed interest in our services, the referral will not be deemed valid, and no commission will be paid.
2.2 Services of Lower Value:
If the Referred Client signs up for a service of lower value than the full package (e.g., a different or less expensive service offering), the Introducer will receive a monetary incentive corresponding to the value of the service rendered, as determined at Goldman’s discretion.

3.1 Referral Expiry:
If a Referred Client does not sign up for services within 24 months from the date of referral, the referral will be considered inactive, and no commission will be paid if the Referred Client signs up after this period.
3.2 Reactivation:
Goldman Professionals may, at its sole discretion, agree to reactivate a referral if certain conditions are met. In such cases, the commission will be assessed and determined by Goldman Professionals at the time of the reactivation.

4.1 Claims After Signup:
If an Introducer claims a referral commission after the Referred Client has already signed up for Goldman’s services, Goldman Professionals reserves the right to review the claim. No commission will be paid if the Referred Client was already in talks with Goldman or signed up without the involvement of the Introducer.
4.2 Evidence Requirement:
Introducers are required to provide reasonable evidence of the referral, including, but not limited to, written confirmation or documentation demonstrating that the Introducer referred the Referred Client to Goldman Professionals or it's operational team.

5.1 Impact of Discounts on Commission:
If a Referred Client receives a custom discount or special offer, the Introducer’s commission may be adjusted according to the terms of the discount or offer provided. If a discount is given without the Introducer’s involvement or knowledge, Goldman Professionals reserves the right to determine the appropriate commission based on the terms of the Referred Client’s agreement.
5.2 Approval of Discounts:
All discounts must be approved by Goldman Professionals before being extended to the Referred Client. Any unauthorised discounts or offers may result in a reduction or forfeiture of commission.

6.1 Administered by Goldman Professionals:
The Goldman Introducer Initiative is managed and administered solely by Goldman Professionals. For regulatory reasons, Goldman Solutions is not involved in this Initiative, and no commission is available for referrals made to Goldman Solutions. 6.2 Right to Modify or Terminate:
Goldman Professionals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Initiative at any time, with or without notice. Any material changes to the Initiative will be communicated to active Introducers in writing.

7.1 Confidential Information:
All information shared between Goldman Professionals and the Introducer, as well as any information relating to the Referred Clients, is considered confidential. The Introducer agrees not to disclose or use such information without the prior written consent of Goldman Professionals for any purpose other than fulfilling their obligations under the Initiative.
7.2 Data Protection Compliance:
The Introducer agrees to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), when handling the personal data of Referred Clients. The Introducer must ensure that any personal data shared with Goldman Professionals is obtained and shared in compliance with such laws.

8.1 No Liability for Referral Outcome:
Goldman Professionals is not liable for the success or failure of any referral, nor for any damages or losses that may arise out of the Referred Client’s decision to sign up or not sign up for services.
8.2 Indemnification:
The Introducer agrees to indemnify and hold Goldman Professionals harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from a breach of these terms, including but not limited to any violations of data protection laws or the unauthorised use of Goldman Professionals' name or trademarks.

9.1 Independent Contractor Relationship:
The Introducer is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Goldman Professionals. The Introducer has no authority to bind Goldman in any manner and is not authorised to make any representations or warranties on behalf of Goldman Professionals.
9.2 Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Initiative shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
9.3 Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Goldman Introducer Initiative and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Initiative.
9.4 Superseding Agreements:
Notwithstanding any other provision in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to enter into custom arrangements with any Introducer. Any such custom arrangement, when agreed upon in writing, shall supersede the terms and conditions outlined in this standard agreement with respect to that Introducer.
